Bishop-Designate Tonya S. Holloway serves as the visionary successor of the Churches of Deliverance, embodying grace, strategy, and prophetic authority. Called for such a time as this, she leads with a bold spirit and apostolic clarity—bridging the foundational legacy of Bishop McKinley Green with the forward momentum of the RESTART movement. Her mantle as a reformer ignites leaders, empowers the next generation, and charts a path of excellence for the future of COD.
